The avocado is a staple in our house. Guacamole is our hands down favorite way to eat avocados, and they make a great alternative to mayo on sandwiches. All of my kids have been eating avocados since they were babies, and in fact, Liam’s first solid food just happened to be an avocado.

My horizons involving avocados are rapidly expanding thanks to the new ideas for using this wonderful fruit that I have discovered.
