A few weeks ago Liam started pulling himself up on things. He’s getting braver and steadier by the day. (I’m getting more nervous by the day.) He’s getting to be quite a speedy little crawler and I’m sure walking is right around the corner. If he’s on the ground, he’s on the move and happy as a clam.
This post is part of a social shopper marketing insight campaign with Pollinate Media Group® and Huggies, but all my opinions are my own. #HuggiesSlipOn #pmedia http://cmp.ly/3/8vNxcO
One of his latest (scary) moves is, as soon as you have his diaper off and buns cleaned, he likes to flip over on the changing table and try to stand up. Yikes! I have to grab him and flip him back over with one arm and kind of pin him down while I try to get a clean diaper under him and then secured. It’s kind of like a baby rodeo.
When Oliver was a baby I gave Huggies Slip-On Diapers a try, he was equally as squirmy and quite the dare-devil, but forgot about them until recently. Upon rediscovery, I’ve been hoping they would help the rodeo diaper changing situation go a little bit smoother and quicker. Plus, since Liam likes to stand up, pulling up a diaper might just make him happier than trying to strong-arm him into a regular one. The stretchy sides are pre-fastened so you just have to slide them up and they’re good to go.
I’m hoping these diapers will help with the pooplosion situation, too. You know what I’m talking about, where it goes up their back and pretty much everywhere. It was pretty much guaranteed with the diapers we had been using, that if he was sitting or reclining back, that there would be a poop-up-the-back incident. No fun. I love that Huggies Slip-On Diapers have Leak Lock protection and the guards around the legs and waist help to keep the mess in!
I was thrilled to find a great price on Huggies Slip-On Diapers at Target the other night and, to top it off, I had a $2 off coupon to stack on top of it! It makes me super happy when I can get premium diapers at a great price. (Time to stock up!)
Huggies wants to give one of you a $25 Target Gift Card to outfit your little mover with some Slip-On Diapers… and buy some chocolate for your sanity. Don’t forget to print out your $2 off Huggies Slip-On Diapers coupon, too!
